Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Mindhealth Wellness, Inc. is seeking licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication support and treatment planning to seniors, adults, and children/youth under the age of 21. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for evaluating patients with psychiatric disorders, medical mental health issues/conditions, substance abuse problems. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide emergency psychiatric services, psychosocial and physical assessment of their patients, treatment plans and continually manage their care including psychotherapy and prescribing medication.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Mindhealth has an immediate need for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Behavioral Health team in providing clinical social work to children, adults, and families or groups regarding psychological or emotional problems. This licensed clinician will develop plans with the client and implement therapeutic treatment plan in strength-based model. As a Behavioral Health Therapist you will provide emotional support, mental health and educational evaluations, therapy including learning and behavior interventions, and case management for the benefit of our clients to promote improved, adaptive, and independent functioning in all domains. Associate Clinical Social Worker

Mindhealth Wellness, Inc. is currently seeking an Associate Behavioral Health Therapist who are Associate Clinical Social Workers (ACSW) interested in completing their hours to obtain their license in becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Weekly clinical supervision is available to work on your clinical hours! The Associate Behavioral Health Therapist will provide outpatient mental health services including psychotherapy using evidence-based practices as well as case management to eliminate mental health barriers to employment and enhance emotional well-being in order to achieve financial security, stability and self-sufficiency.

The Psychiatrist provides treatment for patients with Behavioral Health and/or Addiction treatment needs for outpatient community health clinics. The purpose of the work is to treat a wide range of psychiatric problems, which affect the health, and well-being of patients and to provide physician leadership for the Behavioral Health department in providing the best possible quality, safety, and service of resource.
